Stamford co. sells package unit to MeadWestvaco heir

Stamford-based Cenveo is selling its carton and laminated display packaging business for $105 million to WestRock, including six facilities in the United States, Canada and the Dominican Republic. Shares of Cenveo were up 2 percent to $1.40 Thursday morning, while WestRock shares dipped slightly to just under $48.
