Supplied in SMPD (TO-263AC) package with 1.7 mm profile, SE10DxHM3/1, SE12DxHM3/1, and SE20DxHM3/1 are AEC-Q101-qualified, 100–600 V standard rectifiers that combine ESD capability with current ratings from 10–20 A. These products reduce power loss and improve efficiency for general-purpose power line polarity protection in automotive applications. With ESD capability, devices can provide class H3B (>8 kV) performance based on AEC-Q101-001 human body model (contact mode).
