Rebecca Panza of Oakmont was headed to a dog-sitting appointment in Fox Chapel one Sunday afternoon last summer when she heard a loud "pop" and a hissing sound. When the AAA driver opened the trunk to retrieve the spare in her 2015 smokey blue Kia Optima sedan, it was missing.
