FARMERS in Negros Occidental who want to venture as entrepreneurs should consider the concept of starting small before doing more, said Rodney Ta-ala, a successful agripreneur in the province. Ta-ala, who owns Faith Farms which now has nine branches in Bacolod City, is into swine raising, slaughtering, processing, and marketing of frozen products.
