State Officials To Detail Flint Drinking Water Action Plan

Representatives from Gov. Rick Snyder's office and the departments of Environmental Quality and Health and Human Services will give details of plan Friday at Kettering University in Flint. Genesee County commissioners on Thursday declared a public health emergency for residents using water from the Flint River through the city's water system.
