It's been 18 years since Shawn Springer joined his friend, Paul Jensen, for a taxi ride--a ride that would end the life of the driver, Michael Hare. Though Jensen was the one to pull the trigger, killing Hare, 16-year-old Springer pled guilty to kidnapping.
