Hans S. Stein, a University of Illinois professor of animal sciences, was named the winner of the DSM Nutritional Sciences Award 2015 for his career in the field of sustainable swine nutrition research and for nurturing future talent in animal nutrition. Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, presented the award to Stein at the 13th International Symposium on Digestive Physiology of Pigs in Kliczków, Poland, on May 19. read more
