Steve D. Sandstrum, director of technical services for ISCO Industries in Louisville, KY, has been elected to 3-year term on ASTM International board of directors. A member of ASTM International and Committee F17 on Plastic Piping Systems since 1986, Sandstrum currently serves as F17’s Division 2 chairman and as chairman of Subcommittee F17.26 on Olefin Based Pipe. He received ASTM Award of Merit and accompanying title of fellow from F17 in 2009 for his service and leadership.
