Stink comes before TCEQ Commission

Parker County Judge Mark Riley went to Austin June 18 to speak before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Commission regarding the use of human waste as fertilizer near Springtown.The fertilizer, which comes from Fort Worth sewage treatment plants, has been the source of foul odors and public complaints in the Boyd area as well.
