Stop & Shop looks to buy Pathmark in Kinnelon

Yesterday, Arlene Putterman of Stop & Shop NY Metro Division confirmed that Pathmark on Kinnelon Road is one of the stores that Stop & Shop has entered an agreement to acquire with The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company. The agreement calls for the acquisition of 25 Waldbaums, Pathmark, and A&P stores in the greater New York area for $146 million.
