Stores hiring new employees in preparation for holiday season

Stores are preparing to take on extra employees just in time for the holiday season, and some stores are already hiring. According to the Georgia Department of Labor, October through December is considered the holiday period, and it tends to be the retail industry and the transportation and warehousing industries that take on the extra employees during that time period.
