The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require lane closures on SW Capitol Highway from SW Texas Street to SW 26th Avenue Wednesday, April 2, through Wednesday, April 9, 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. each weekday.
