The Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that Portland Streetcar pre-construction work will occur on SW Fourth Avenue at Montgomery on Wednesday, July 2 from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. and Thursday, July 3 from 9 a.m. through 3 p.m.
