Used for loading tape-and-reel components onto compact modules, StripFeeder .mod System v2 features removable rails that can be mounted to accommodate wide array of tape sizes. Rail Removal Tools enable operators to remove rails for adjustments on product runs or to unload/reload components. Units slip into machined tracks on both ends of rail and pull up to remove rail. Design holds components securely in machined tracks to prevent parts from being miss-picked, flipped in pocket, or lost.
