Muscat: Developing studio flats across the city, along with a number of more affordable units that include Integrated Tourism Complexes , can bring more diversity to the real estate market in Oman, say experts at Cluttons. "Developers need to be wary about affordability, as a general issue, and should start catering to different price points, which we have not really seen yet," Faisal Durrani, head of research at the property consultancy, told Times of Oman.
