World-Herald: A debate in the Legislature over global warming Tuesday didn't raise the temperature as high as expected. Lawmakers voted 35-0 to advance a bill that would spend up to $40,000 to create a report on the long-term impact of climate change on Nebraska's water and agricultural resources.
