Available in open and closed loop designs with dimensions as small as 22 x 22 x 10 mm, LPS-22 Linear and Rotation Stages offer travel ranges of ¼, ½, and 1 in. Piezo motor drive allows for push/pull forces to ½ lb and velocity to 10 mm/sec. Open-loop and encoder equipped versions offer resolution down to 1 nm. Linear stages can be combined to XY units and rotation can be added in form of RPS rotation stages. Available in 14, 22, and 32 mm diameters, rotators feature profile as low as 7 mm.
