Suited for dicing, scribing, and marking applications, Helios series delivers average and peak power that accelerate throughput in industries such as PV and electronics. These 1,064 nm, diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS), Q switched lasers, with pulse repetition frequency of 50 kHz and pulse width of <600 ps, are based on master-oscillator power-amplifier (MOPA) architecture. Oscillator ensures TEM00 circular beam with M2<1.2, and integrated amplifier stage allows modular power scaling.
