In this file photo from 2011, Gresham Mayor Shane Bemis walks the 221-acre LSI property that was purchased by the Port of Portland and a portion of which will be the site of a Suburu parts distribution facility. The disposition of one of the last large ready-to-go industrial development sites in greater Portland was settled last week with the announcement that Subaru would build a major parts distribution center in Gresham.
