Ferrara The towns of Hempstead and North Hempstead and the Village of Westbury will ask a judge Friday afternoon to issue a temporary restraining order preventing the Nassau Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. from building a video gambling parlor at the vacant Fortunoff building in The Source mall in Westbury.
