SunTrust funds $30M loan for Broward apartment project

An affiliate of sugar grower Florida Crystals received a $29.5 million loan from SunTrust Bank to build an apartment complex in Margate. Toscana Park Villas, a subsidiary of West Palm Beach-based Florida Crystals, is building 240 apartments at the southwest corner of N. State Road 7 and Northwest 31st Street.
