La-Z-Boy is going to open a furniture store at St. Johns Town Center. The group that owns two La-Z-Boy stores in the Jacksonville area and eight in Atlanta paid $5,995,000 for the former CompUSA/TigerDirect building at 10207 Buckhead Branch Drive.
