Supply Quality Officer Start date Starting from 01032019 on a one year contract. Client and Location The location for this position is on one of the major sites of our client in Southern Germany. Our client is one of the key players in the European satellite and launcher industries. At this site around 2500 people are employed, working on space and defense projects. The space division is specialized in Earth Observation, Navigation and Science. Tasks and Responsibilities Cooperation in the evaluation of supplier capability and supplier release Review and approval of the suppliers product safety plan and related documents and standards Ensuring the correct implementation of product assurance requirements by the supplier and its downstream suppliers Monitoring and supporting device development by participating in development evaluations, production controls and panels, and drawing up and launching the quality control plan Monitoring of equipment production, implementation and adjustment of the quality control plan as well as verification of the conformity of the delivered product in the course of production controls and product acceptance Monitoring of delivery quality through metrics and performance indicators and evaluation of suppliers quality performance Conducting supplier reviews and supplier audits Ensuring the implementation of risk mitigation measures by the supplier Collaboration on the idealization of internal processes and crossdepartmental coordination. Requirements At least a Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Engineering At least 3 years of work experience in Project Management At least 3 years of work experience in Quality Management, preferably with electronics suppliers Specialized knowledge of MSOffice Detailed knowledge of SAP Fluent in English and German Independent and proactive way of working Enthusiasm as well as reliability and flexibility High degree of motivation and willingness to work.
