Position Reference 1029 We are currently looking for a Security Engineer to support the GOVSATCOM security activities. This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic. The European Union Agency for the Space Programme EUSPA is responsible for operations, service provision, security and market development for the European Global Navigation Satellite Systems GNSS EGNOS and Galileo. By creating a new generation of GNSS, Europe is laying the foundation for the development of new hightech industry, leading to job creation and economic growth. These flagship European space programmes, which embody what can be achieved when Europe works together, are already bringing real benefits to people and business in Europe and around the world. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support to the definition, review and update the GOVSATCOM security policies and processes. 2 Support to the preparation, review and update of the technical security documentation related to GOVSATCOM. 3 Support to production and maintenance of Analyses about Threat and Security Risks to the GOVSATCOM Programme. Support to the analysis of GOVSATCOM Security Service Provision aspects e.g. dualuse, by drafting and reviewing securityrelated technical notes including business impact analysis, continuity and contingencies plans, audit plan, threat analysis, etc.. 5 Technical support for the handling of security aspects related to coordination and Support to stakeholders, including meetings e.g. task forces, expert groups.... Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters Degree in a relevant technical domain. A minimum of 5 years of experience working performing the above tasks mentioned. Experience in SATCOM and particularly in security related activities. Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Organised, dynamic and proactive attitude. In possession of security clearance at EU Secret level. Ability to travel on missions when needed to other locations. How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
