Offered in quad 0505 and 1111 case sizes, QUAD HIFREQ series features Q >2000, ESR down to 0.01 Ω, and voltage ratings from 200–1,500 V. Each multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC), based on stable ceramic dielectric, is manufactured in noble metal electrode (NME) technology with wet build process. Operating from -55 to +125°C, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant series offers capacitance from 1.0–1,000 pF, tight tolerances to ±0.1 pF, and aging rate of 0% per decade.
