Local: Consumers worried about climate change should cut down on meat rather than put their efforts into buying local produce, according to a new Swedish study. Researchers at the non-profit IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute went through the contents of different grocery bags, analyzing and adding up the carbon emissions of each item.
