After pledging to make women's rights the corner-stone of its foreign policy, the new Social Democrat-led government now finds itself in a crisis with Saudi Arabia and the Arab League after canceling a decade-old military cooperation agreement. While the government is heralded by human and women's rights activists, and perhaps scoring points at home in the world's most feminist nation, Swedish businesses are bracing for a downturn.
