Swedish manufacturer buys company with Erie-area facility

Nibe Industrier AB, of Stockholm, has acquired 100 percent of the outstanding shares of Heatron Inc., which is based in Leavenworth, Kan. Heatron also has a facility at 8135 Nathan Circle, which employs 49 people.
