Executives from Swift Transportation Co., scheduled to make a presentation at a Las Vegas conference, were forced to cancel due to record floods in Phoenix, where the company is based. Late Monday, heavy rains flooded major freeways and small roads in Phoenix, setting an all-time record for rainfall in the city in a single day, The Associated Press reported.
