Supplied in 10 x 6 x 2 mm thermally enhanced QFN package that incorporates magnetic inductors and passive components, Model MIC45404 is designed specifically for height-constrained telecom, industrial, and SSD applications. Point-of-load buck converter, rated at 19 V and 5 A, integrates controller, MOSFETs, feedback path, and PWM switching regulator. Suitable for placement on back of PCB or on daughter card, module offers pin-selectable output voltages, switching frequencies, and current limits.
