Operating from Vin of 1.8–5.5 V with adjustable output voltage from 1–5.2 V, Model ISL9120 enables power management of system power supplies and peripherals such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth®, memory cards, or LCD modules. Buck-boost regulator also delivers 800 mA current with 2.5 V input and 3.3 V output. Housed in 1.41 x 1.41 mm package, device features adaptive PFM operation with forced bypass mode and 2 A switches that support both low load and high load currents with efficiency up to 98%.
