Integrating high- and low-side power MOSFETs in 3 x 3 mm QFN-16 package, SiP12108 has current-mode constant on-time (CM-COT) architecture, full protection feature set, 2.8–5.5 V input range, and adjustable output voltage down to 0.6 V with ±1% accuracy. Selectable power-saving mode enables efficiency to 95% across full range of load current, and switching frequencies are programmable to 4 MHz. Product is suited for POL regulation and 3.3 and 5 V rails in space-constrained applications.
