Integrating high-side, P-channel MOSFET and low-side, N-channel MOSFET, Model A8650 regulates input voltages from 2.5–5.5 V, down to output voltages as low as 0.8 V, and is able to supply at least 2 A of load current. AEC-Q100 qualified unit incorporates current-mode control to provide compensation, loop stability, and fast transient response. Available in 10-pin eMSOP package, adjustable frequency PWM regulator is suited for automotive instrument clusters, HVAC, navigation, and audio systems.
