(Telecompaper) Starhome, provider of solutions to optimise multi-network mobility, has signed a definitive agreement to buy most of MACH's data clearing and NRTRDE business within the European Economic Area (European Union countries plus Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway) from Syniverse. The acquired business comprises 76 mobile network operator customers, management team, employees, fully operational service platform in Europe, and an R&D and operations centre in India.
