Nearly 23 years before he was charged with setting a fatal fire , Shaun Bowen murdered his roommate with an ax and a knife he hid in his pants. Bowen was 25 on Nov. 6, 1992, the day he murdered his roommate, Anton Nesper, 36, during a fight over a fifth of cheap vodka.
