For permanent employment the Assembly Integration Test Logistik department at OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a System AIT Engineer mfd Your Tasks Objectives Support the AIT Manager in defining the AIT Project, during proposal and early phases Ensure the technical coherency of the AIT Project Support the timely provision of AIT documentation in preparation phase e.g. support GSE responsible for GSE spec Facilitate the implementation of the AIT Plan and the realisation of the AIT Schedule Support and align the AIT Leads efforts to complete their activities Act as main contact point for organsaitionla topic wiht Engineerind Departements Your Tasks Support AIT Manager to prepare AIT Plan and Team Definition Establish AIT documents AIT Flow, AIT Schedule, Facility Plan, GSE Deployment Plan, in coordination with the GSEs responsible, Environmental Test Facility requirements, in coordination with Test Campaign Manager, AIT Risk Register Availability Plan for the AIT documents, GSE, personnel, facilities, in coordination with the disciplines experts Overall AIT technical coherency responsible within a project across AIT disciplines Support GSE engineers to identify and define required equipment in coordination with MAIT and EAIT Leads Support AIT Manager planning activities, ensure feasibility with respect to the AIT Plan, schedule maintenance, input to be included by leads, work organization and recurrent meeting daily, weekly, KPI controlling Support AIT Leads by providing inputs from other internal and external entities, e.g. SE and CE Maintain AIT documents by supporting the Leads with timely provision of input from SE Support AIT Leads to timely provide AIT specific procedures, scripts, reports Control the technical coherency and consistency of AIT documents, setups and approaches Ensure implementation of company AIT processes considering company Lessons Learnt Main interface point with SE, CE and Product Assurance on the side of AIT Leads for technical discussion Support to PA for inspections, reviews and boards IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB, TRB together with AIT Leads andor AIT Manager Your Qualifications Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, space technology or comparable qualification Profound professional experience in satellite projects, necessarily in the field of AIT Deep understanding of Assembly and Integration phases Proven understanding about the GSEs needed during the different phases Good understanding of functional and performance verification strategies Good knowledge about activities to be performed in EVT Good knowledge about activities to be performed in launch campaign Excellent conceptual and analytical skill Familiar with applicable space standards ECSS, EN, ISO Inventive concerning AIT methods and testing Process oriented mindset Objective oriented and pragmatic approach Flexibility in mind, able and willing to react on changes during the project realization Welldeveloped communication and leadership skills Accustomed to work in teams Willingness to travel to the satellite test centers and launch sites
