System Engineer Content Management Germany Munich Unterfhring ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY You support in the day to day business, dealing with setup and configuration of customer workflows e.g. Ingest, Storage or VOD delivery of video material. The support of Content Management Operations is another key task of that role. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Optimizing processes with stateoftheart technology Support of our Content Management Operations team in day to day business Being the interface between Operations, Software Development and Engineering System administration of the content management infrastructure at operating system level Windows and Linux and application level COMPETENCIES Enthusiasm for every form of moving images and its global distribution in the ecosystem of TV, VOD and cinema Audio and video formats and their transcoding Linux environments Software development CCJSXML Good communication skills in English to be able to understand and explain complex interrelations in an intercultural environment High degree of responsibility, service mentality, flexibility, team spirit and customer orientation QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE University degree in electrical engineering and information technology, computer science, media technology or similar alternatively several years of professional experience in the media sector Whats in it for you?
