Role Specification Create communication concepts Specification of the radio data transmission systems System integration and validation under operational conditions Implementation of the concepts in systems both hardware and software Liaising with customers and subcontractors Presentation of the results Required Qualifications Degree in Communications Engineering or equivalent Several years of experience in transmission and system technology Experience in dealing with simulation and hardware development programs Relevant experience in Radio Frequencies and antenna as well as in the digital and analog development Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well as part of a team as well as flexible and effective approach to work independently Ability to quickly learn new areas of responsibility Ability to deal with customers queries and willingness to travel A good level of English language
