For small satellite development, LuxSpace is recruiting for immediate employment an experienced Systems Engineer with Propulsion Knowledge. Job Profile An experienced Systems Engineer with knowledge on propulsion systems is required to participate in the definition and design of microsatellites. Suppliers and subcontractors in the field of propulsion systems as well as other subsystems will have to be managed and supervised, from writing RFQ to delivery and AIT of hardware. Required skills and tasks to be performed Spacecraft Systems Engineer Participate in team in defining designing microsatellites and subsystems Become company focal point of knowledge of propulsion systems Mono storable propellant, electric propulsion Review of design documentation from external suppliers Provision of design documentation like Technical Notes, Design Description, Worst Case Analysis etc. Elaboration of requirement specifications Support to Subsystem engineering Candidate Profile and Qualities Good English skills spoken and written Experienced in Systems Engineering Knowledge of satellite propulsion systems monopropellant, bipropellant, electric Ability to work and interface with a multinational team Methodical workapproach Willingness to travel and to be part of a collocated team for a limited time Taking responsibility and being proactive EU citizen or LU work permit mandatory Please forward your application CV indicating your salary requirements grossyear in English to recruitmentluxspace.lu .
