Mumbai, February 15: IT services company Tata Consultancy Services said on Monday it has been named the United Kingdom's top employer for the second consecutive year by Top Employer Institute. "We are delighted to have been awarded the UK's number one Top Employer for the second year running and are looking forward to building on this progress as we continue to invest in training and development for our staff," said a company statement, quoting Nupur Singh Mallick, HR director of TCS UK and Ireland.
