TCEQ helicopter will survey Karnes County

Contributed information The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has hired a contractor to conduct aerial surveys in South Texas during February of 2016. The helicopter that is being used for these surveys is red and will be hovering over or near pipelines, oil and gas production facilities, and other industrial facilities.
