TCF Financial Corp. has a new deal to keep banking operations inside Jewel-Osco grocery stores in the Chicago area for the next five years. Under the new agreement between the Wayzata-based bank and Jewel-Osco owner New Albertson's Inc., TCF Financial will close 33 of its TCF Bank retail branches inside the grocery chain's stores and replace them with advanced transaction ATMs.
