Combining SPD_A_M2 Single Photon Counter and TCSPC technique, LynXéa provides lifetime and time-resolved measurements of any low-level-of-light and fast events in near infrared. Unit delivers measurements from 0–250 ns at up to 0.4 million counts/sec. Integrating 2 independent and identical Geiger-mode InGaAs avalanche photodiodes with Time to Digital Converter, module eliminates need for external computer plug-in counting cards. Plug-and-play PC connection is provided via USB 2.0 interface.
