TSMC seeing orders slow down from some clients

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company has seen some of its major clients including Qualcomm, Broadcom and OmniVision slow down the pace of placing orders and cut back on wafer starts recently amid negative news regarding high-end smartphone sales and the PC market, according to industry observers.
