TSMC will build Nvidia's new GPU on a 16-nm FinFET process

It's being reported that the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is set to be selected to carry out the manufacture of Nvidia's upcoming Pascal GPU. The group is thought to have beaten out a competing bid from Samsung, continuing a twenty-year collaboration between TSMC and Nvidia.
