Offering ultra-low capacitance of 3 pF and 100 W peak pulse power per line, Model PLR2512 provides overvoltage circuit protection in high-speed applications such as Gigabit Ethernet, LAN/WAN equipment, notebooks, and desktop computers. Device protects 2 line pairs and delivers low leakage current of 10 nA and low stand-off voltage of 2.5 V. Minimum and maximum breakdown voltages are 2.7 and 3.6 V, respectively.
