Offering standard TTL and MOS bus line application circuit protection against ESD, tertiary lightning, and switching transients, Model SMP6LLC05-2P has minimum breakdown voltage of 6.0 V while Models SMP6LLC6.5-2P and SMP6LLC12-2P provide minimum breakdown voltages of 7.2 and 13.3 V, respectively. Devices have peak pulse power per line rating of 400 W for 10/1000 µs wave shape and 3,900 W for typical 8/20 µs wave shape. Arrays are suited for use in wireless and telecommunications equipment.
