In addition to overvoltage protection in relay drives and motors, Series SM15KPAN provides lightning protection and secondary lightning protection for AC/DC power lines. Transient voltage suppressors deliver 15,000 W of peak pulse power dissipation for 10/1000 µA waveform. RoHS-compliant components allow unidirectional and bidirectional configurations with clamping time of less than 100 ps and 5 ns, respectively. Housed in surface mount package, devices feature flammability rating of UL 94V-0.
