Integrating 2 channels of low capacitance steering diodes and zener diode, SP3014 Series can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above maximum specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. Dynamic resistance of 0.04 Ω offers designers clamping device capable of protecting sensitive ICs against electrical transients. Presenting 0.5 pF of loading capacitance, SP3014 Series is suitable for high-speed signal lines such as USB 2.0, USB 3.0, and 1Gb Ethernet.
