Featuring back-to-back zener diodes, TVS Diode Arrays protect electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges. Measuring 0.52 x 0.27 mm, SP1013 and SP1014 Series enable 0.25 mm product pitch, while SP1020 and SP1021 Series come in 01005 flip chip package measuring 0.181 x 0.230 x 0.440 mm to save PCB space. Able to absorb repetitive ESD strikes (Level 4, ±8 kV contact discharge), arrays are suited for smartphones, digital cameras, wearable technology, and tablets.
